At the Laboratory for Fluid Dynamics in Nature (FINLAB), we study fluid mechanics in biological, natural, and general flow systems. Leveraging scientific computation and data-driven modeling techniques, we aim to uncover fundamental principles governing flow and transport mechanisms—refined by evolution or intrinsic to fluid dynamics—and apply these insights to drive innovation in engineering and healthcare.
